A seasoned lawyer and HR professional with over a decade of experience in insurance law, pensions, and business management. She currently leads Shield Pension Trust Ltd, a licensed Ghanaian-owned pension administration company. At SHC'25, Acheampomaah will speak on "Why Every Entrepreneur Needs a Safety Net" — exploring how pensions and long-term financial planning can empower entrepreneurs to build sustainable, future-ready businesses.

Mr. Eric Kwasi Taylor

CEO, Penyman Group Limited

A dynamic Ghanaian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for women's empowerment. As CEO of Penyman Group Limited—a conglomerate with six thriving subsidiaries in consultancy, construction, hospitality, travel, and culinary services—he leads a team of over 500 employees nationwide. Beyond business, Mr. Taylor drives impact through the Penyman Foundation, which has empowered more than 2,000 women with financial and business support. At SHC'25, he will share the real hard truths of doing business in Ghana drawing from his own experience navigating challenges such as high taxation and operational barriers, while inspiring young entrepreneurs to stay resilient and build sustainably.
